MMA Flake

Our MMA Flake Flooring System is a decorative, high-performance resin floor finish designed for rapid installation and long-term durability. Utilising a methyl methacrylate (MMA) chemistry, the system combines decorative flake/chip broadcast with a seamless resin base and clear top coats to provide a finish that is both visually appealing and engineered for demanding environments.

Perfect for commercial and industrial settings with a narrow installation window, where fast return to service is a must have. It is also great for domestic garage floors.

Epoxy Coatings and Self Levellers

Epoxy Coatings and self levellers offer a tough surface for industrial and commercial settings subject to heavy foot and forklift traffic. Also great for domestic garages and workshops. Cost effective and great for large areas, Installed by a squeegee and roller and generally at a depth of <1mm-4+mm.

Microcement

Microcement flooring offers a decorative finish that gives you an industrial polished concrete effect. These floors are seamless and grout free, making them easy to maintain. It is important to note that this system requires at least 6 days to install, with 3 preparation layers, 2 microcement layers and finally sealer coats. Each layer requires overnight curing before starting on the next. The application of different sealers offers several visually different finishes, both matt and satin.

Stonex Quartz Screed

A fine blend of coloured quartz, combined with a chemical resistant epoxy binder. Pore filled with an acrylic gel and finished with a PU matt seal coat, incorporating a non-slip polymer. Generally installed at a depth of 6mm. Common uses include wet leisure pool surrounds, and changing rooms, commercial kitchens as well as retail and pubs & restaurants.

RubbaFlex®fg

A wet pour product created from 0.5-1.5mm EPDM fine grade (fg) granules combined with a one part component polyurethane binder. Hand trowelled by our experienced installation team. Common uses include swimming pool surrounds, splash pads and wet play environments.

Our recommended approach to installing RubbaFlex® fg is at 6mm onto an asphalt or concrete subbase, Installed by hand trowelling, we can incorporate almost any design, from logos and crests to splashes and imagery.

Our preferred materials supplier for RubbaFlex® fg is Rosehill Polymers, based in Yorkshire and the leading global manufactuer of the Rosehill TPV® coloured rubber granules.

RubbaFlex®sg

A wet pour product created from larger 1-4mm EPDM standard grade (sg) granules combined with a one part component polyurethane binder. Hand trowelled by our experienced installation team. Common uses include play environments.

Our preferred materials suppliers for RubbaFlex® sg are: Rosehill Polymers, based in Yorkshire and the leading global manufactuer of the Rosehill TPV® coloured rubber granules and Conica UK: Leaders in play, sports and industrial surfacing solutions.

Quartz Carpet

A blend of 1-3mm quartz and stone (coloured or natural) aggregate combined with a polyurethan or epoxy binding agent. Generally installed at a depth of 6-9mm and can be finished with a transparent pore filler and protective top coat.

This system is ideal for indoor areas where surface contamination is higher, such as kitchens, offices, automotive showrooms and toilets.

Resin Bound Stone

Our Resin Bound Stone system is a SuDS compliant seamless surfacing solution that combines natural decorative stone aggregates with a high-performance, UV-stable polyurethane resin. The result is a hard-wearing, visually striking finish suitable for driveways, patios, walkways and other external areas for both domestic homes and commercial use.

For this system, we work exclusively with Vuba, the UK’s leading manufacturer of high-performance resin-bound systems. Their products are tested for strength, flexibility and permeability, giving every FLEX installation a premium finish built to last.
